This dip is easy, quick and healthy, making it one of my favorite no fuss recipes that can be made in less than 5 minutes. Sometimes it’s the simple things… It is a versatile dip perfect for a crudite platter at a party, a spread on a lox sandwich or a dipping sauce for fish, chicken, potato wedges and fries.
Rich in protein and calcium and low in fat with no added sugar, this dip is a great alternative to ranch dressing, cream cheese, tartar sauce, blue cheese dip and ketchup. Change up your afternoon snack and munch on this dip with some carrots or whole wheat crackers. If spicy is your thing, throw in a few squeezes of Siracha for a kick.
