WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
“Innumerable families can attest for the life changing recommendations they have received from Nikki’s during their care, whether in helping wean a GT tube dependent infant, overcome the shock of a celiac disease diagnosis or embark in a long term program geared at weight control. She is all a superb clinical dietitian can be: knowledgeable, compassionate, thoughtful and creative. Her individualized care and recommendations are on the mark and have empowered and enlightened so many of my grateful parents and their children.”
– Dr. Joseph Levy, Pediatric Gastroenterologist and former Division Director of Pediatric Gastroenterology, NYU-Langone Medical Center
“Mrs. Nicole Silber is the ultimate pediatric nutritionist. Nicole is extraordinary in her level of knowledge, kindness and manner with patients and families.”
– Dr. Brenda Kohn, Division Director of Pediatric Endocrinology, NYU-Langone Medical Center
“Nicole is a compassionate and knowledgeable practitioner who has been a crucial part of our daughter’s care. She really listens to the families she works with and helps you arrive at the best nutrition plan for your child. Nicole designed a blenderized diet that has made a huge difference in our daughter’s health and comfort. And we love the home visits — when you’re caring for a child with special needs, it makes such a difference when a provider is willing to come to you.”
– A.H., mother of a toddler with a rare muscular disorder
“I was very worried about my daughter’s weight gain mostly because I felt I couldn’t control it. Nikki really taught me how to balance my daughter’s diet so that it was still child friendly and fun. Nikki spoke in a way that made my daughter excited about new foods. My whole experience was positive and I couldn’t thank her enough.”
– S.P., mother of an overweight child
“Nicole is very patient, supportive and caring. She helped our daughter go from a diet primarily of liquids to one of a variety of foods. She literally helped to change the dynamic of our family. She always has great ideas about new recipes. We are incredibly grateful.”
– T.R., mother of a school-age child with behavioral feeding aversions
